2. About Gorilla Garage Studios
GGS is a small independent software studio. GGS builds focused apps with a bias toward clarity, user ownership, and maintainability. These Terms are here to keep expectations clear.
3. Use of the Website & Products
You agree to use our website and products only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt services, inject malicious code, or scrape data without authorization.
4. Purchases, Payments, and Licensing
Some GGS products may be offered as one-time purchases, trials, or subscriptions. Payments are handled via trusted third-party billing providers (e.g. Google Play, Lemon Squeezy).
Purchased software licenses are usually non-transferable and granted for your personal, non-commercial use only.
5. Refunds
Refund policies depend on the distribution platform. Purchases made on Google Play are subject to Google Play refund rules. Other purchases will be handled on a case-by-case basis as detailed at the time of purchase.
6. Fitness & Health Disclaimer
IMPORTANT: GGS fitness products (including Gym Timer, One Rep Max Calculator, and Skinny to Strong) provide utility, assessment, and training logs for general educational purposes. They are not medical advice.
Always consult a physician before beginning any strength training or conditioning program. You assume all risk for any training injuries or health complications that may occur during your workouts.
7. AI-Assisted Products Disclaimer
Some GGS workflows or tools may utilize AI capabilities. AI-assisted models are not perfect and may produce errors. GGS does not warrant the completeness or accuracy of any AI generated suggestions.
8. Intellectual Property
All designs, code, assets, and copy on this site and within GGS apps are the intellectual property of Gorilla Garage Studios, unless credited to third parties. You may not copy, redistribute, or modify GGS property without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
GGS products are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gorilla Garage Studios shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use GGS products.
